Cancellation Policy
To respect both my time and my clients’ schedules, I kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be charged 30% of the scheduled service. This policy helps keep my small business running smoothly and allows me the opportunity to fill your appointment time. Thank you for your understanding and support!
